PANAM SHUTTLE MARSEILLES (P.S.M.) is a Company of public transport of passengers, registered to the R.C.S. from Marseilles (Siren 809.793.714). Its registered office is located at the 94 Traverse de la Gouffonne, 13009 Marseilles.
P.S.M. proposes for its Customers, individuals or professionals, a service allowing the organization of their transfer between two points determined in advance.
The general conditions aim at defining the methods as well as the services offered by P.S.M. They represent the transport contract and they are available on the internet site, and on request from the company at the address above.
The Customer must take note of these conditions before making the reservation. By reserving, the Customer admits having knowledge of the Contract and accepts the terms of them. Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions, without reservation or clauses that may be included on the voucher or in the terms of purchase, or other information inserted into any other document, prospectus, catalog, or website issued by one of the Company PSM providers or partners which have only an indicative value.
If any provision of these conditions proved null and void, it would be considered as not written and would not result in the invalidity of the other provisions.


Any request for reservation can be carried out online on the Internet site, or a simple phone call (free toll-free number: 0 800 600.813) or by email to the email address: The reservations on Internet must be made at least 24 hours in advance before the departure. On the other hand, it is possible to hold for any hour a transfer by telephone.
The reservation is confirmed by email after the payment. An invoice is sent with the confirmation of the reservation. The Customer is responsible for all information relating to the good course of the service such as: co-ordinates, the telephone, the start address and arrival, the hour of departure, the number of passengers and number of luggage with their dimensions. P.S.M. places at the disposal of its Customers children and baby seats adapted to their age, for which the need must be specified exclusively at the time of the reservation. In the event of erroneous information on behalf of the Customer, P.S.M. cannot be held responsible for the non-realization of the voyage.
The Customer will have to print his confirmation of the reservation in order to present it to the driver at the moment of the departure, or communicate his reservation number to the driver.

➢ At the request of the Customer.
The modifications are done by P.S.M. only by email or telephone, without charge if transportation is changed more than 24 hours before the departure. Less than 24 hours before the departure, the modifications will only be possible by telephone. If the Customer refuses the clauses to the modifications by P.S.M., it will have the choice between maintaining its initial reservation or to cancel the reservation.
P.S.M. cannot be held responsible for the non-realization of the service if the customer did not inform P.S.M. of any modifications concerning the reservation.

Modification or cancelation of a reservation at the request of P.S.M. will be communicated to the Customer the day before or at least 4 hours before the departure. Any modification of a reservation by P.S.M. involves no additional charges for the Customer. A cancellation of a transfer will be refunded in its entirety.

All cancellations are done by email or by telephone. The conditions of cancellation are as follows:
A reservation without the option “Insurance cancellation” is non-refundable.
In the case where the Customer subscribes for the option “Insurance cancellation” (voluntary insurance for 2,50€:
– Cancellation more than 48 hours before the departure: full repayment of the reservation.
– Cancellation less than 48 hours of the departure: refunding of 50% of the reservation.
– In the event of a no show by the Customer at the time of the departure, the service will be invoiced in its entirety without any possible refunding.

2. Tariffs

The prices of Panam Shuttle Marseilles are available on the Internet site
The price of the service includes the transfer with the provision of the vehicle with a driver, the expenses of tolls and gasoline as well as a professional insurance for the passengers of the vehicle which covers the risks related to its activity in accordance with the laws.
The passengers, with respect to the driver, are covered for the entirety of the physical injuries and intangibles, material and immaterial, that they could undergo with a traffic accident, except the damage caused by their own fault.
The tariffs are posted in euro. They include the T.T.C., without additional charges for the traditional luggage and the provision of children or babies seats.
The tariff child concerns the Customers less than 12 years old.
Any minor less than 16 years old must-be accompanied by an adult passenger during the transfer. No travel companion service or similar service on behalf of P.S.M. can be reserved.
Any animal transport must be declared at the time of the reservation by the Customer. Animals will have to travel muzzled, in a cage or in an adapted basket, under the exclusive vigilance and responsibility of its owner. A supplement of 3€ will be required for each animal.


The payment of the service is done online at the time of the reservation, or directly on board our shuttles equipped with TPE systems made safe for payment by credit card, American express, or any bank card compatible with our mobile system.
No checks will be accepted on board.
For associations and companies, the invoices are monthly and payable upon reception by bank check or transfer. Any invoice not paid in the 30 days following its reception will automatically be penalized an amount equal to 1.5 the legal rate of interest.


The Customer will have to present himself at the point departure at the hour indicated in the confirmation of the reservation. If this procedure is not observed by the Customer, making the reservation impossible, the transfer will remain completely charged and no refund will be given.
The Customer will have to sign in at the time of their departure, a transfer sheet recapitulating the hour of departure and deposit.
In shared service, P.S.M. reserves the right to make adjustments to schedules in order to establish the most coherent route to minimize the customer’s journey.
P.S.M. reserves the right for delays between 15 and 25 minutes from the time stated on the booking confirmation.


It is prohibited to smoke or eat in the vehicles.
All of the passengers must fasten their seat belts.
In the event of degradation of the vehicle, the caused damage will be the responsibility of the Customer.
P.S.M. reserves the right to stop the service in progress without refunding if the behavior of one or more of the Customers puts in danger the safety of the other travelers and/or the driver.
The reception and the transfer of people with reduced mobility with a foldable armchair are provided if accompanied by a person able to help enter and exit the shuttle during the entire voyage.
The guide dogs are accepted without supplement on board the shuttles. They must be announced at the moment of the reservation.
Each Customer is authorized to transport a hand luggage (high limit of size: 35x20x20 cm) as well as a luggage “compartment” (authorized maximum weight: 10 kg; dimensions: 55x40x20 cm) onboard the shuttles free of charge.
Any additional luggage weighing more than 10 kg must be mentioned at the time of the reservation online or by telephone and will be charged 5 € T.T.C. for each additional piece.
The bulky/oversized luggage will be charged 15 € T.T.C.
In order to guarantee the safety of the Customers, the luggage must be securely deposited, during transport, in the areas reserved for luggage. Except by fault of the driver, PMS cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration during the loading or the unloading of the luggage of the Customer.
The minors less than 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the transfer. No refund will be possible if the minor presents himself without an adult at the moment of the departure.
P.S.M. commits itself to placing free at the disposal of its Customers the seats adapted to the children and in conformity with the laws: an infant seat (from 10 to 18 kg) and child seat (less than 36 kg). The newborn carrier (less than 10 kg) must be provided by the Customer. Any request for a child seat must be indicated at the moment of the reservation online or by telephone. If such equipment is necessary whereas no information had been given by the customer at the time of the reservation, the departure will be cancelled and the service will be charged in full.


The difficulties of circulation independent of the Panam Shuttle Marseilles can modify the time of the voyage and would not be the responsibility of P.S.M. in case of delay due to (congestion, road accident, burdens, lorry drivers’ go-slow, closings of tolls or road axes, circumstances climatic, etc…).


The Customer recognizes that personal information relating to its reservation provided to P.S.M., with an aim of carrying out his reservation. The Customer authorizes P.S.M. to hold such information in its information processing system.
This information is subjected to the laws, in particular concerning the regulations of the C.N.I.L. In accordance with the French law “Data-processing & Freedoms” n°78-17 of the 06/01/1979, the Customer has a right of access and of correction of the data relating to it. The Customer can exert this right with the services of P.S.M. by an email.


The General Conditions of Sale are subjected to the French laws. Any litigation relating to interpretation, the conclusion or the execution of these General Conditions of Sale, like to the service carried out by P.S.M., will be subjected to the courts of competent jurisdiction of Marseille.

PSM Autocars, as data controller, processes the personal date you provide during your transportation for the purposes of commercial booking management, for compliance with legal obligations and, on the basis of legitimate interests, marketing atcivities and improving the quality of your transportation, including satifaction surveys.
